Word Verification is now on

I was comment spammed this morning. No more Mr. Nice Guy. Apparently they register then send their spam to unsuspecting users. The nerve of these jerks.

It's been a while since I posted here, primarily because I haven't been doing a lot of travelling lately. Plus I'm back in school, so it's been very hectic.

An email I got today from Independence Air caught my eye, as it presented the Market Metric second quarter 2005 Hospitality Index results. My take on that, is that this is a survey of the level of passenger satisfaction by air carrier.

Here are the results. I was rather surprised, however, as some of the airlines I expected to be near the top weren't. Like United. I've have nothing but phenomenal service when I've flown on United. And, I certainly didn't expect Delta to be higher than United or America West. I guess more people have a better flying experience with Delta than I did this summer.

In other news, if you fly Independence Air, they have added La Guardia airport (October 31) and San Juan (December 16). Beginning in November, Las Vegas will be Independence's only West Coast destination.
